Is the inspection and quotation free?
Yes. Our team inspects the roof, wall, tank or bathroom, explains the cause of the problem and then gives you a written quotation before any work begins.
What warranty do you provide?
Depending on the service and the treatment selected for your site, we provide a warranty of 2 to 7 years.
How long does a roof waterproofing job take?
Most residential roofs are completed in a few working days. The exact duration depends on the roof area, its current condition and the weather.
Can bathroom leakage really be treated without breaking tiles?
In most cases yes. We use chemical treatment through the existing drain and joints, so the floor and tiles usually stay intact.
Do you also offer fumigation and termite service?
Yes. Along with waterproofing we provide fumigation and termite service for homes, offices, shops and industrial units.
What are your working hours?
We are available Monday to Sunday, 09:00 AM to 10:00 PM, on both call and WhatsApp.

Roof Waterproofing
Do you remove the old coating first?
Loose and lifted material is removed. A sound old surface is cleaned and repaired before the new system is applied.
Can the work be done during the rainy season?
The surface must be dry for proper bonding, so we schedule the work in clear weather and can carry out emergency leakage control in the meantime.
Which is better, low canvas or full canvas?
It depends on the roof condition. Our team recommends the suitable option after inspection and explains the difference before you approve the quotation.
Roof Heat Proofing
Can heat proofing and waterproofing be done together?
Yes. Many of our clients choose a combined treatment so the roof is sealed against rain and protected against heat in one job.
Is it suitable for factory sheds?
Yes, we carry out heat proofing on concrete roofs as well as cement sheet and G.I. sheet roofs.
Cement Sheet Waterproofing
Do broken sheets need replacement?
Badly broken sheets are better replaced. Our team tells you clearly after inspection which sheets can be treated and which should be changed.
Can the factory keep running during the work?
In most cases yes, because the work is carried out from above in planned sections.
G.I. Sheet Waterproofing
Can you work on roofs with solar panels installed?
Yes. We regularly treat industrial sheet roofs that already have solar panels, working carefully around the mounting structure.
Will the coating peel off the sheet?
Not when the surface is cleaned and primed correctly, which is part of our standard sequence.
Water Tank Leakage Control
Does the tank have to be emptied?
Yes, the tank must be drained and dried so the treatment can bond to the inner surface.
How soon can the tank be used again?
Our team tells you the exact curing time on site before starting, based on the treatment used.
Wall Leakage & Seepage
Will the wall have to be broken?
Only damaged plaster is removed where necessary. The structure itself is not broken.
Can you treat seepage coming from a neighbour's side?
In many cases yes, by treating the joint and your side of the wall. Our team confirms this after inspection.
Bathroom Leakage Treatment
Is breaking really not required?
In most cases no. If the leakage is coming from a damaged pipe, our team will tell you honestly that limited opening is needed.
How long does the bathroom stay out of use?
Usually a short curing period, which our team confirms on site before starting the work.
Fumigation Service
Do we need to leave the premises?
Our team advises the required waiting time before the visit so you can plan accordingly.
Do you serve commercial units?
Yes, we cover homes, offices, shops, godowns and factories.
Termite Service
Can termite treatment be done in an occupied house?
Yes. Our team explains the safety instructions and schedules the work with minimum disturbance.
Do you offer pre-construction termite treatment?
